Returns & Exchanges

The Fayazi team consistently aims to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you do wish to return or exchange a product, we are happy to work with you in accomodating your request.


Fayazi offers Complimentary Returns & Exchange worldwide for all full price items within 30 days of purchase, provided the conditions specified below are met:

- Full priced item(s)

- Purchased within the last 30 days with proof of purchase

- Items are in original packaging, in original condition

- Items must be unworn, unused and unaltered

- Original tags are still attached

If your item matches all of these conditions, you may lodge a return or exchange through contacting directly.


You can exchange any item/s for another size or colour, as long as have it in stock. (Please note, this only occurs for garments of the same style)

If your item is defective or damaged, or you have simply changed your mind, Fayazi allows exchanges on full price and sale items. Email with your request and we will be in touch with you within 2 working days.

Sale items

If you have purchased an item on sale, Fayazi allows exchanges for change of mind. Although, sale items are not applicable for refunds.

Returns Exclusion

Fayazi does not offer refunds for change of mind on the following, unless deemed faulty:

- Fayazi Gift Cards

- Online Gift Vouchers


Once your item is received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, our team will process your return immediately. Your credit will automatically be applied back to your card or original method of payment, within approximately 5-10 business days.

Refunds Policy

Fayazi reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, are no longer in a sellable condition for other reasons or do not meet the above requirements. 

Items must be returned with original tags attached, in their original shipping box.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund payment within 5-10 business days after your confirmation email of approval of your refund request, please contact us on and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
