Product Information

My product is faulty, what do i do?

In the rare occasion whereby your product is faulty please email us at attaching a few pictures clearly showing the issue.

Our Product Team will evaluate the issue and follow up with the best solution as soon as possible (replacement or repair depending on the case).

What if an item i want is out of stock?

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, you will be given an option at the products page to be notified once available. If accepted, our Products Team will send a direct email to you when your desired product is back in stock!

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has already been placed?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style, size or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I track my order?

Every order is traceable via a tracking link provided within your order confirmation email, allowing you to see exactly where your shipment is.

I have not received my confirmation email.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, your order may not have gone through successfully or you might have submitted the wrong email address.

Please ensure you have checked your spam or promotions folder, however if you still have not received it, please email us at and we will happily resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Do I have to make an account to place an order?

No, any order can be placed without creating an account. Creating an account during the check-out process makes it easier and faster to place more orders in the future. With an account, you may also keep track of your previous purchases and check the status of existing orders.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Though shipping rates do apply, and will be automatically added at checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For domestic orders we ship with Australia Post Express.

For international orders we ship with DHL Express.

When will my order arrive?

Orders processed within Australia will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-7 days. All delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I return my product?

Why was my payment declined?

If your credit/debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Although before doing so, please ensure that:

- All card details or payment information entered are correct. For example; your 16 digit code is correct, you have selected the right card type, the 3 or 4-digit security number is correct, your credit card has not expired.

If you have previously saved your card details or payment information, we also strongly advise that you:

- Check that the selected card or method of payment is active and that it has not expired.

- Ensure your billing address matches the credit card or payment method used for payment.

- Ensure you have supplied a correct three or four digit security number for the selected card or payment method

What payment methods do you accept?

Fayazi accepts all forms of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
